By accessing or using Firi Coaching’s website, courses or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Course Access & License
Firi Coaching grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and payable at checkout. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful activities;
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or infringing content;
• Harass, threaten or defame instructors or fellow learners;
• Circumvent any technical restrictions or security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, trademarks, logos and content are the property of Firi Coaching or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any such materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access and legal action.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Firi Coaching makes no guarantees regarding results; any success depends on your own efforts. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firi Coaching’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising under them will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Firi Coaching agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
